Do you offer discounts for students or Universities? The majority of our business is direct to researchers so we have made our prices very competitive so that all of our customers can enjoy these good rates. In saying this we do provide a discount for very large bulk orders (so it pays to stock up for the year). Get in touch with your requirements. 

Can I return my order? Substrates returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new / unopened condition in the same packaging will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable. A refund will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
